Espejo modelo “2044” con iluminación interior diseñado por Max Ingrand para Fontana Arte  realizado en cristal de Murano.  Compuesto por dieciocho piezas de cristal en la superfície y detalles y anclajes en latón. Italia años 60.

El diseñador, decorador y vidriero francés moderno Max Ingrand nació en Bressuire en 1908. Estudió diseño de interiores en la École des Beaux-Arts de París, especializándose en artes decorativas con el decorador y vidriero Jacques Gruber y el arquitecto Charles Lemaresquier.

Durante su carrera, Ingrand produjo numerosos paneles de vidrieras para espacios públicos, instituciones religiosas, hoteles y más. Fue director artístico de la empresa italiana de iluminación contemporánea Fontana Arte durante diez años, comenzando en 1954. Durante ese período, creó varias lámparas exitosas, incluida la lámpara de mesa Fontana (1954), que todavía se produce en la actualidad.

Ingrand falleció en París en 1969.
